Project Concept
Design of a 500 m² Makkah Regional-style villa in Makkah.
Makkah Regional architecture carries the historic features of the Hejaz: shaded openings, wooden details and facades in calm tones.
The Challenge
Every family has its own way of living; the challenge is balancing the household's privacy and separating guest areas from living spaces, while creating a facade that reflects the desired style without losing functionality.
The Design Solution
We designed the facade with touches inspired by Makkah's historic houses, with shaded openings suited to the climate and a practical interior layout for the family.
The plans were prepared across all disciplines — architectural, structural and MEP — and cross-checked before delivery so nothing clashes on site.
